Welcome to SKS Residency. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they govern all bookings, stays, and use of our services.
General Policy
By making a reservation or checking in, guests agree to abide by all hotel policies.
Valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel rules or behaving inappropriately.
Reservation Policy
All reservations are subject to room availability.
Guests must provide accurate contact details while booking.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-In & Check-Out
Early check-in is subject to room availability.
Check-in time: 12:00 PM (or specify your time)
Check-out time: 11:00 AM (or specify your time)
Late check-out beyond the allowed time may result in extra charges.
Payment Policy
Full payment or advance payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in.
We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made before the hotel’s cut-off time (e.g., 24 hours before check-in).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a retention charge (typically one night’s tariff).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the hotel’s standard timeline.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for loss or theft unless kept in the hotel’s secure facility.
Damages to hotel property will be chargeable.
Visitors are allowed only during designated hours and must follow hotel rules.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms and public areas.
A cleaning fee may be charged for violating the non-smoking policy.
Consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws.
Pets
Pets are not allowed, unless explicitly mentioned by the hotel.
Child Policy
Children may stay free or be charged depending on hotel rules and room type.
Extra beds or mattresses, if required, will incur additional charges.
Safety & Security
CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for guest safety.
Guests must follow emergency procedures as instructed by hotel staff.
Hazardous materials, weapons, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited
Use of Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guest convenience.
Misuse of internet services, including downloading illegal content, is strictly prohibited.
Parking
Parking is subject to availability and entirely at guests’ own risk.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles.
Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Amendments
The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
